Charles has over 15 years of experience in coaching and administration in the game of soccer. Most recently, Charles was the Head Men's Soccer coach at Colby-Sawyer College for five years before joining LSC on the administration side. He holds a Master of Science in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University (Irvine, Calif.) Charles has also received his Advanced National and Goalkeeping 1 & 2 Diplomas from the United Soccer Coaches.
