How to Access and Print Registration Forms

If you did not print out the required registration forms when you submitted the online player registration in the GotSoccer system, you can access these forms after the fact via your player's account in GotSoccer.

1. To do so, log into your player's GotSoccer account with your username and password.

2. In your player's account, click on the Registration button.

3. Click on the Details link of the desired Registration Program you have already submitted.

4. The next window shows two forms in the Additional Forms box. Print out each required form and sign.
